The terms and conditions described in this privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") are applicable to this Site (the “Site”) which is owned and operated by the law offices of Gross, Kleinhendler, Hodak, Halevy, Greenberg & Co. ("GKH"). By using this Site and/or accessing this Site and/or providing any Personal Information (as defined below) through this Site you will be perceived to have indicated your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the practices described therein. GKH respects your privacy and is fully committed to protecting the Personal Information (as defined below) that you share with us.
