Shir Landau joined GKH in 2008 as an articled clerk, and became an associate in 2009.
Shir concentrates her practice in the area of corporate, commercial and securities law. Shir represents both publicly-traded and private high-tech and bio-tech companies, in all stages, in connection with venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, collaboration agreements, intellectual property licensing, commercial transactions, and other legal and business issues.
Education: Tel Aviv University (LL.B., 2008, and B.A., Business Management, 2008).
