BIOGRAPHY

Loni Bahar joined GKH in 2011.

Loni is a member of GKH's Banking & Finance and Mergers & Acquisition practices. Loni's practice focuses on banking law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and commercial law.

Prior to joining GKH, Loni worked for four years as a corporate associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York. Loni has represented buyers, sellers, special committees of independent directors and financial advisers in connection with mergers and acquisitions transactions (both negotiated and unsolicited) of public and private companies, including private equity transactions and formation of joint ventures. Loni’s mergers and acquisitions experience has spanned a wide range of industries, including energy companies, technology companies, banks and other financial institutions.

Previously Loni served for five years in the Military Advocate General's Unit of the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces) as a legal counsel in the International Law Department and as a military prosecutor in the Central Command.
