Michael Ginsburg has extensive experience in representing GKH clients in broad, complicated commercial litigation and arbitration in all areas of corporate, commercial and civil law.
Michael specializes in commercial and contractual litigation and arbitration for technology enterprises, offering clients continuous, professional counsel at every stage of a legal dispute in order to reach an appropriate solution while protecting and achieving the clients' business objectives. He represents international clients and technology based enterprises in disputes including class action suits before Israeli courts and tribunals.
Michael is a also a member of the Real Estate practice group and counsels commercial clients regarding all aspects of a wide range of real estate transactions including complicated sales, combination agreements, partnership agreements, tenders, residential deals, and more. He also represents clients in related litigation.
Michael joined GKH in 1998 and became a partner in 2004.
