Asaf’s practice concentrates on corporate law with emphasize on commercial transactions, mergers & acquisitions and financing transactions. Asaf has vast expertise and experience in representing both lenders and borrowers, in Israel and abroad, in connection with complex and structured financing transactions, including deals involving cross-border loans, loan syndications, consortium arrangements, acquisition financing and structured financing. In addition, Asaf has substantial experience and expertise in advising based public and private companies and corporations, in Israel and abroad, on a variety of corporate issues, including mergers and acquisitions and other sorts of corporate restructuring.
Asaf joined the firm as an associate in 2008. During 2005-2008 Asaf worked in the commercial group at Kantor, Elhanani, Tal & Co., first as an intern and thereafter as an associate. In 2011 Asaf worked as a foreign associate in the corporate and securities group at Arnold & Porter, LLP, New York.
