Yuval represents technology companies across a range of industries, including software, telecommunications, internet and medical devices, as well as venture capital funds in their investments in technology companies. He advises these clients in a wide variety of transactions including, venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, joint ventures, collaboration agreements, intellectual property licensing, formation and pre-incorporation planning and other legal and business issues.

 

Yuval joined GKH as an articled clerk in 2005, and became an associate in 2006.
