BIOGRAPHY
 
Natalie Jacobs specializes in structured finance and derivatives, including swaps and ISDA documentation, securitization, banking, securities and general corporate law.

Natalie has broad experience in representing various parties in structured finance transactions. Transactions that she has been involved in include securitizations, structured notes, ISDA documentation and other structured products.

Natalie has represented major banks and financial institutions, investment houses, institutional investors, investment managers and financial insurers both in Israel and abroad.

Natalie joined GKH as a partner in 2006. From 2004 and until joining GKH, Natalie was an associate at Linklaters, New York, at the Structured Finance and Derivatives group. Between the years 2000 and 2004 Natalie was an associate at Sidley Austin LLP, New York, at the Securitization group. Prior to her work in New York, Natalie was an associate at GKH.

Education: Tel Aviv University, School of Law (LL.B., 1997).

Admitted: Israel Bar (1997); New York Bar (2002).

Member: Israel Bar Association; New York Bar Association.

Languages: Hebrew and English.
