Etai Shay leads the Cross Border Commercial Transactions team. He specializes in structuring and negotiating complex commercial transactions including strategic partnerships, joint ventures and licensing transactions of technology-based companies. In addition, Etai specializes in Internet law, privacy and e-commerce.

Etai also advises technology-based companies and VCs regarding fundraising and M&A transactions.

Etai joined GKH in 2000 as an associate and became a partner in 2008.
