Perry Wildes concentrates his practice in the area of corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on international corporate securities matters and cross border transactions. He represents Israeli and foreign companies in the full range of corporate and securities matters. Perry advises Israeli companies registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on their SEC and stock exchange disclosure obligations, corporate governance issues, securities offerings and securities law compliance obligations.
Perry's practice includes representation of both buyers and sellers in cross border merger and acquisition transactions. Perry also represents companies and underwriters in public and private finance transactions, including IPO's, follow-on public offerings, PIPES and other private offerings.
Perry joined GKH in 2001. Previously, Perry was a corporate associate at the law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson and then at Robinson, Silverman, Pearce, Aronsohn & Berman LLP, both in New York City.
