    The High Court of Justice rendered an order nisi against the State | February 2020 Adv. Shai Erez represented the Israel Bar Association in front of the Supreme Court, sitting as the High Court of Justice, in a motion to join as amicus curiae and pleadings, in petitions questioning the Israeli Police authority to require citizens to identify themselves, with no probable cause.   • Case against SuperCom Ltd. was dismissed | March 2019

    Adv. Shai Erez, Litigation Partner, successfully defended our firm’s client, SuperCom Ltd., in an action for restraining orders and declaratory reliefs concerning alleged intellectual property rights violations. One of the main issues in the case was the question of a minority shareholder’s standing to file a lawsuit with respect to an alleged violation of a close-held corporation’s rights. Following approximately four years of litigation, the Tel-Aviv District Court ordered to dismiss the action in its entirety, without prejudice.
