In the process of implementing the Strum reform and following the sale of its subsidiary Leumi Card Ltd., Bank Leumi Le-Israel Ltd. and Leumi Card Ltd. have signed an updated agreement for the issuance of charge cards issued by the Bank.  The agreement regulates the bank and Leumi Card relationship in the post-Strum regulatory and business environment.
