Adv. Amit Zuchman joined Gross & Co.’s M&A and hi-tech practices after 10 years of working in a boutique firm specializing in the hi-tech industry.
As part of his work, Amit advises investors and start-ups, from seed stage to the exit. Amit’s areas of expertise include negotiations on various commercial agreements, capital raising transactions, debt raising, technology licensing transactions, acquisitions and mergers, and more.
Amit’s education in the field of finance provides his clients with an added value.
Prior to his legal career, Amit worked as QA in a start-up company.
