Biography

Gal represents clients in a wide variety of international and domestic corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, debt financings, international joint ventures, strategic investments and intellectual property transactions.

Gal provides ongoing legal advice to technology companies on corporate and commercial issues. Gal represents venture capital funds, companies and entrepreneurs in financing transactions. Gal is actively involved with many aspects of the business of his clients, using his expertise as outside and in-house counsel and technical background

Prior to joining Gross & Co., Gal was a corporate attorney at the Silicon Valley office of Fenwick & West LLP and at leading Israeli law firms. Gal also served as the General Counsel of a Silicon Valley company.

Gal is an adjunct lecturer at the Tel-Aviv University and the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.
