Moshe Ganot specializes in the practice areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Law, Capital Markets and Securities Law and Commercial Transactions.

Moshe has extensive experience in various public and private M&A transactions representing both domestic and foreign clients. Moshe advises Israeli large scale companies on a wide variety of corporate matters (including, corporate governance, purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, joint ventures, fiduciary duties of directors and officers, related-party transactions and independent committees, ESOPs and executive compensation), as well as on various aspects of securities law.

Moshe also provides legal advice to international clients in connection with corporate matters, “going private” alternatives and securities law issues.

Moshe previously worked as a corporate foreign associate in the corporate practice group at the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where his practice focused on M&A transactions and private equity work.

In addition, Moshe previously worked as a research assistant for Prof. Joseph Gross and researched various issues, including the effect of SOX on dual-listed Israeli companies, corporate governance and fiduciary duties of directors and officers in the United States and Israel.
