Senior Counsel Capital Markets

Joshua is a senior counsel in the GKH Capital Markets Practice.

He provides a variety of securities law and corporate governance services to Israeli companies, including preparation of registration statements filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), periodic and immediate reports, proxy statements, beneficial ownership forms, and private placement memoranda.

Joshua represents Israeli individuals and corporations accused of insider trading, foreign bribery and market manipulation by the SEC and U.S. Department of Justice, compiles documents, prepares witnesses and negotiates settlements, as well as conducts internal corporate investigations.

Prior to joining GKH, Joshua worked for the SEC in Washington, DC as an attorney-advisor of the Division of Corporation Finance and as a senior attorney in the Division of Enforcement.

Prior to the SEC, Joshua was a director of policy in the Rhode Island Office of State General Treasurer Nancy J. Mayer.
