Sharon Kadosh joined GKH in 2007 after completing his LLM at Fordham University Law School, New York in Corporate, Banking and Finance Law.

Sharon concentrates his practice in the area of corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on venture capital financing, public and private offerings, cross-border transactions, and M&A transactions.

Sharon represents technology and international clients across a range of industries and fields, including software, cyber, fintech, social media, mobile apps, telecommunications, blockchain technologies, and cryptocurrencies.

Sharon leads the firm’s Blockchain, Cryptocurrency and Digital Coin Practice. His practice encompasses companies involved in developing blockchain infrastructure, funds dedicated to investing in digital currencies and assets and ventures offering crypto-tokens (ICOs). Sharon’s work utilizes unique and innovative legal structures to assist clients in obtaining their goals, while navigating a developing legal environment.

Sharon has also been working closely with serial entrepreneurs and investors for many years, and assisting star-up companies with early stage start up corporate finance and incorporation (including founder agreements and founder’s vesting agreements, convertible notes, angel and VC financing rounds, and with other general corporate matters and commercial needs (such as licensing, commercial agreements, joint ventures, collaboration agreements, reseller and partner agreements).

Sharon is an Adjunct Lecturer at the College of Management teaching the course: “Hi Tech Transactions”.

During his legal studies, Sharon was a research assistant to a Magistrates Court Judge, and was also a teaching assistant in Corporate Law at the College of Management. In addition, Sharon obtained certification to act as a mediator in dispute settlement matters.

Sharon’s love of basketball urged him to continue playing basketball as a hobby for several Israeli basketball teams (currently, Kiryat Ono basketball team). Sharon heads the sports practice in the firm, and provides clients legal advice in sports law.
