Neomi Spivak-Amir is an associate in the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Department.

Neomi provides general counsel to companies in the fields of mergers & acquisitions, with an emphasis on commercial transaction as well as ongoing regulatory matters.

Neomi joined our office as an intern in 2019, and was certified as a lawyer in 2021.
