Shelly specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, governmental companies and commercial agreements. Shelly represents private and public companies on an ongoing basis.
Shelly joined Gross & Co. in 2017 as a legal intern, and returned in 2018 as an associate at the firm’s M&A practice group.
Prior to joining Gross & Co., Shelly interned at the legal department of an international logistics company headquartered in Philadelphia, US.
