Gal joined Gross & Co. in 2019 as a legal intern and returned in 2021 as an associate at the firm’s M&A practice group.
Gal specializes in M&A, corporate law, and capital markets. Gal provides general counsel to companies in the fields of mergers & acquisitions, with an emphasis on commercial transaction as well as ongoing regulatory matters.
