We, Gross & Co. Law Firm (hereinafter: “Gross” or “We”), would like to congratulate you on the use of our services, including on our website at https://www.gkh-law.com (the “Website”). At Gross are committed to providing equal opportunities to people with special needs, as outlined in this Declaration of Accessibility.
1. Accessibility arrangements for buildings
The following are the accessibility arrangements that exist in our office, located in Azrieli Center 1, the Round Tower, Tel Aviv:
 There are accessible parking spaces in Azrieli Towers in Tel Aviv (for a fee), including tall vehicles.
 There is access from the parking lot through the entrance to the reception center (including elevators).
 There are accessible stands for service at the Audience Reception Center.
 There are accessible restrooms in the building lobby and on various floors.
 There are identification and direction signs.
 It is permitted to enter the center with a service animal intended to assist a person with a disability.
 In case of need, you can contact the service representatives at the positions to get help filling out forms.
2. Our website
We have invested much effort to customize our website, make it an accessible site, and allow people with disabilities to browse the site and enjoy the same experience as all users. The accessibility adjustments on our site were made in accordance with Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Services) Regulations 2013, Israeli Standard T.I. 5568 based on 2.0WCAG guidelines for AA level and subject to changes and adjustments made to the Israeli Standard Document.
Among other things, the site includes the following accessibility features:
 Simple navigation option and easy, quick and straightforward orientation on the site pages
 Clear view of site components
Possibility to change the font size on all pages of the site (levels A and AA)
 The site is responsive to action on all common browsers
 The site is responsive for browsing at different resolutions and on a variety of screens
 The site was designed with awareness and adjustment for users with visual impairments, including options for color cancellation, black and white, and using contrasting colors
 The website does not use a moving or flashing text display
 The site uses a uniform and legible font
 All links on the site are highlighted using a checkmark
 The content of the site is written in fluent, simple, and clear language and includes the use of icons for assistive technologies
 You can increase the display on the website by simultaneously pressing the “Ctrl” and +/- keys or by using the accessibility menu
 Navigate the site using the keyboard (clicking the Tab button on it will take you to the next link and pressing Shift + Tab to return to the previous link).
The site is adapted for the leading browsers and browsing via mobile phone, and has been tested on screen readers of the Jaws and NVDA type.
It is important to note that despite our efforts to make all pages on the Site and other digital assets accessible, parts or capabilities that have not been accessed properly.
