The legal team provides comprehensive consultation on all banking legal aspects, including discussions and negotiations with the relevant regulators – the Bank of Israel, the Securities Authority, and the Anti-Trust Authority.
The department handles sale transactions of banks and banking assets and advises international banking and financial institutions. In addition, the team consults banks and international financial institutions regarding their conduct of business in Israel, including their financing transactions and the regulatory regime governing such activities.
We have broad experience in all areas of banking, including capital markets, securities, investment consulting and management, corporate governance, providing credit and guarantees, mergers & acquisitions, financing agreements, derivatives, ISDA agreements, and representation before the various regulators among others.
