Israel Aziel joined GKH in 2017 as a partner and head of the firm’s Real Estate Practice. Prior to joining our firm, Israel worked in a leading real estate firm in Tel Aviv.

Israel has over 27 years of experience in Real Estate Law, and is highly qualified in every aspect this industry and all its complimentary fields such as real estate litigation and tax.

Israel has extensive experience in all areas of the real estate industry and, throughout his career, handled large-scale and significant purchase and sale transactions, including combination and transformations among others; investments and partnerships agreements (including large investment entities) for malls and shopping centers, large-scale projects of residential, commercial, industrial constructions (including treatment during all stages of the project- from the acquisition of rights to the delivery of the units and drawing rights); construction projects of agricultural settlements expansion; large projects of urban renewal; transactions and projects in regeneration and urban renewal plans (TAMA 38) and acquisition and construction of purchase groups organizations.

Israel also handles matters of designing and building complex projects, including all correspondence with the relevant authorities, handling appeals and administrative petitions.

Adv. Aziel represents large companies and entities in the field of real estate, including contracting companies, investment entities as well as large private entrepreneurs. Israel provides ongoing legal advice to the real estate departments of his wide-ranged clientele, who are responsible for handling the company’s assets. He also represents land owners, purchase groups, contractors, and infrastructure companies.

Israel is very knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with various authorities, including the Israel Lands Administration and local authorities, as well as handling legal proceedings in the field of real estate, such as dissolution of shares and ownership disputes.
