Clal Insurance Company Ltd.

Congratulations to our clients Clal Insurance Company Ltd. and Aspen Group on signing a deal to purchase 43 dunams of land in the back of Ashdod port, together with a company owned by Ewave, at a cost of NIS 350 million (plus VAT).
The parties intend to build an innovative logistics center on the land with the scope of tens of thousands of square meters and the total investment in the project is estimated at approximately NIS 900 million.
