Throughout the years there has been a distinctive tendency to protect employee unions, especially in their initial stages.
Recently, a Tel Aviv regional court ruled on the Amdocs employees’ unionizing matter. The appeal to the court was a result of an attempt by some Amdocs employees to unionize under The New Histadrut, while at the same time other Amdocs employees attempted to unionize via a local workers’ committee and establishing a new employee organization.
