Congratulations to our clients – Orshay and its controlling shareholders, for the investment of Leumi Partners, acquiring 20% of the Company, for a total of ILS 40 million (investment in capital and shares). Additionally, the company granted an option to Bank Leumi, to acquire control of the Company, at a value of ILS 430 – 600 million.
