Adv. Kim Guendelman Gutreich is an associate in the Hi-Tech and Venture Capital department at Gross & Co.
Kim accompanies Israeli and International Hi-Tech companies from various industries in all stages of their operations. Her practice includes, inter alia, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating commercial transactions, venture capital and financing transactions, and ongoing corporate counseling.
Prior to joining Gross & Co in 2022, Kim worked as a litigator in a leading commercial firm in Tel Aviv, where she represented Israeli and multi-national corporations in class actions and commercial disputes.
Kim performed her legal internship at the High Court of Justice department at the office of the State Attorney.
