Biography

May joined Gross & Co. Law Firm in 2020 as the firm’s HR manager.
As part of her role, May is leading the Human Resources department of the firm, she is in charge of managing the human capital, which includes planning and managing recruitment processes, compensation policy and terms, organizational development processes and employees’ welfare.
In addition, May supports and leads all aspects of the intern recruiting process including sorting and assigning the interns to various professional departments.
May manages employee on-boarding and training processes, employee development, preservation, and evaluation, individual growth, improving intra-organizational communication as well as supporting and assisting the firm management.
May has a vast experience of 12 years in a wide range of HR fields. May has accumulated experience through working in leading companies such as: Tnuva, Diplomat and a large law firm.
