Biography

At Gross & Co., Ofer Hanoh leads the areas of Banking and Finance, representing Israeli and foreign banks, holding bank corporations, investment banks and organizations, and public companies.

Ofer is also experienced in the representation of public companies traded both in Israel and in the USA, and was involved in many merger and acquisitions transactions and transactions involving corporate reorganization.

Ofer joined Gross & Co. in 2000 and became a partner in 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Ofer worked for 4 years in the Advisory and Legislation Department of the Military Advocate General HQ of the IDF (Israel Defense Forces).
