Attorney Sherine Badarnah joined the Gross & Co.’s High-Tech and Venture Capital department in 2022.
Sherine practices Corporate and Securities law as well as Funds and Transactional Law, with emphasis on Israeli companies traded on foreign exchanges (NASDAQ and ASX).
Prior to joining our firm, Sherine interned in various fields including Commercial Law, Commercial Litigation and Real-estate Law. In addition, Sherine practiced Tort Law with emphasis on Malpractice.
Sherine is fluent in three languages: Arabic as her mother-tongue and she is fluent in both English and Hebrew.
