Shirley Avner is a partner in the firm’s litigation department.
Shirley specializes in commercial and civil litigation and handles large and complex dispute proceedings in various courts and arbitrations.
Shirley has extensive experience handling a variety of litigation areas, including contractual disputes, disputes between shareholders, lawsuits against directors and officers, class actions, and personal/family disputes in combination with commercial matters.
Before joining our firm, Shirley worked as a lawyer at the Nehushtan Yogev & Co. Law Office for about a decade (initially as part of the Nehushtan, Zafran, Scharf,Yafe & Co., Law Office). Previously, Shirley served as a legal assistant to the Honorable Judge Shaul Manheim in the District Court in the Central District.
