Biography

Adv. Hila Waintrob is a partner in the litigation department at Gross & Co.
Hila has many years of experience and expertise in providing legal representation before all court instances in the fields of civil-commercial law, real estate, contracts, corporations, banks, planning and construction and administrative law.

Hila possesses profound professional knowledge, experience and expertise in the fields of planning construction, and she provides the firm’s clients with legal guidance and advice in various planning and construction proceedings, including expropriations, compensations, tax, objections to plans and various types of approval requests (in the field of planning and construction).
In addition, Hila appears before all court instances, including civil courts, administrative and criminal (in the field of planning and construction), and also appears before arbitrators, meditators, appeal committees, planning institutions and more.

In her many years as an attorney, Hila has set several precedents in appeals for court decisions on lawsuits that were filed based on implantation of the disengagement plan, cases of evacuation of real estate and disputes regarding real estate rights, cancelation of closing warrants by the ministry of health and more. Furthermore, Hila has won diverse proceedings concerning matters of planning and construction including expropriations and betterment taxes.

She joined in 2001 as an attorney and in 2011 as a partner in the firm of Natan Meir & Co., which merged with the Gross & Co. Law Firm.
